I was provided with this document as part of the Agenda papers for the Biggleswade Town Council meeting of 27th July 2010. I have been awaiting the publication of the document somewhere, so that I could provide a link, so everyone else would have the opportunity to read it. I cannot find it anywhere and it is too large (12 pages) a document to publish it here, so if you want a copy please contact me and I can provide it in pdf format. You will not find any mention of a health centre.
