You say "results at last", Richard, but as you are so hot on council staffing costs then you will appreciate that as the results were not known until late Friday night then any staff updating the CB website at the weekend would have had to been paid or given time in lieu, both a cost.

I never had an expectation that CBC would work past normal hours to post the results despite:

1. CBC on their web site saying, we will bring you the results live as they happen or words to that effect. That was clearly not the case.

2. On Lets Talk Central twitter (posted Friday evening) it says, all the results, town and parish councils included, could found on the CBC web site. Again clearly not the case.

I would have expected the Biggleswade Chronicle to report the town council results on their web site and / or twitter. After all it is the Biggleswade Chronicle, but I still cannot see them there.

It would have been novel if the Town Council web site had shown the results, like a lot of small parishes have, but I suppose that is too much to ask.
