Holme Ward - electorate 3677, ballot papers issued 1328, turnout 36.1% (could vote for four candidates)

Peter Frank Vickers - 835 votes - 22.7% of electorate
David Smith - 813 votes - 22.1% of electorate
Steve Watkins - 718 votes - 19.5% of electorate
Sheila Margaret Grayston - 502 votes - 13.6% of electorate
Ivel Ward - electorate 5721, ballot papers issued 1878, turnout 32.8% (could vote for six candidates)

Wendy Patricia Smith - 1064 votes - 18.5% of electorate
Jane Gay Wimberley Lawrence - 1049 votes - 18.3% of electorate
Timothy Peter Woodward - 945 votes - 16.5% of electorate
Rex George Charles Skinner - 714 votes - 12.4% of electorate
Peter Roy Rook - 711 votes - 12.4% of electorate
David William Frank Albone - 699 votes - 12.2% of electorate
Stratton Ward - elected unopposed as number of candidates matched seats.
