On the direction of the Crown Prosecution Service a man has been charged with the rape of a woman in Stotfold in October 1992.
Daniel Borgers, 41, of Napier Crescent, Scarborough, was last night charged with the offence under the Sexual Offences Act 1956, which was the applicable legislation at the time. Borgers will appear at Luton Magistrates Court this morning. (August 14)
