No, this is not the library flower bed, this is outside of the Stratton House Hotel and many people I have spoken to, think that these are planted up and maintained by the hotel, but in fact the Town Council do all this.
But less than 100 yards around the corner !!
I have not received the courtesy of a response to my email of 22nd July 2011 asking who is responsible for this flower bed.
There has been something going on in the flower bed, not a lot though. Spot the difference.
