Illegal raves cause a variety of problems - noise, anti social behaviour, damage to property/environment, disruption, litter, drugs, theft and vehicle offences.
Help us by reporting:
- rave advertisements on flyers, posters or on social media - they may be advertised as "safe" or "drug free" when this isn't the case!
- car convoys or groups gathering in rural, derelict locations or at service stations
- increased traffic in rural areas, particularly when dark
- suspicious changes to farm buildings, broken gates or padlocks where a rave could take place.
- If you own land or a rural business, lock all buildings and gates. If you cannot secure land with a gate, temporarily block entrances to prevent unwanted vehicle access.
Bedfordshire Police will not tolerate illegal raves and will seize equipment and make arrests.
Call 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 to report.
