Burglary.

Holme Court Avenue, Biggleswade. 
Date and Time:
Thursday 15th May, between 5:00 and 5:25 p.m.
Incident Details:
The offender has gained access to the rear garden, forcing open the patio doors.
The owner has returned to the house, disturbing the offender upstairs.
The offender has jumped from a first floor window at the back of the house.
No property has been taken.

J D / 1 8 5 8 9 / 2014. 
Crime Reduction Advice:
Keep Doors locked, even when you are in the house or garden.
Secure gates, keep fences and walls in good repair and consider defensive planting or trellis.
Keep garden tools locked away to avoid them being used to force a door, or window.
Dont leave out anything that could be used as a climbing aid, either to reach a window or into a neighbours garden.
Ensure that you have good lighting around the premises.
Report any suspicious activity in neighbouring gardens.
Be aware of the sounds of breaking glass.
