Have your say on health and well being in Central Bedfordshire

Central Bedfordshire Council and the NHS Bedfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group are consulting on a draft Health and Wellbeing Strategy for Central Bedfordshire. This strategy outlines the proposed top priorities for improving the health and wellbeing of people in the Central Bedfordshire.

We would like to hear your views on the draft strategy, and the priorities contained within it. Please read the Draft Health and Wellbeing Strategy (PDF 2.6MB) and then give us your views by completing this online questionnaire.

The closing date for responses is 29 October 2012.

Responses will be considered by members of the Shadow Health and Wellbeing Board at the end of the consultation period. The strategy will then be approved by the Board for implementation in November 2012.
